What are your standard delivery times and costs?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 working days for $5.99, or free on all orders over $75. Express next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 2pm.
How do I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal, Apple Pay, or use Klarna for interest-free installments.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Brakeburn, we are committed to quality and durability. We use organic cotton and recycled polyester in many of our garments to ensure our fashion is as kind to the planet as it is to your wardrobe.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
